[Feature] add "reset all BTT settings" option

Hi,

i was a user of the original todo-tree, ran into problems and came across this fork.

I uninstalled the old todo-tree and then installed the better-todo-tree, which automatically imported the old settings.

But i wanted to use this opportunity to start fresh with a clean slate and only change the options i truly need to.
However, the only way to reset better-todo-tree that i could find, was to open the settings-json and manually delete all todo-tree related settings.

It would be nice if the extension offered commands to reset all workspace- or user-settings of this extension to the default values.

I like this... I've noticed issues encountered on better todo tree are sometimes due to things related to wrong settings... Let me think about that! Maybe instead of a whole blank state, also giving scope-related cleaning / diagnosis of invalid settings... What do you think? Could you bring in more users to participate in this issue so that everyone can agree upon it? Otherwise I could open a discussion!

unfortunately, I don't know other devs that use btt, only me., so if you want more opinions, a discussion would be a good place

But i think, if you wanna go serious about this, it would probably make sense to implement 2 different features:

• settings-reset, which can be restricted to

  • a certain scope (only user-settings, only workspace-settings, both)
  • certain topics (only delete rigrep-related settings, only delete editor/visual related settings, only delete tree-view related settings)
    or a combination of both

• a configuration validator that checks all settings for validity and consistency

  • shows errors in case of invalid settings (e.g. combining schema-based and custom styles etc.)
  • warns about certain patterns, that are known to frequently cause unexpected or undesired behaviour
