Describe the bug
The new gamepasses are not able to be purchased. The item off-sale UI shows for all instances of this

To Reproduce

1. Join game
2. Select gamepass locked team/item

Expected behavior
New gamepass should be prompted

After some investigation into the reported bug, the gamepasses are intentionally off-sale with no way to repurchase them. We have not migrated the gamepasses so there's nothing to offer for purchase!

On second look, it seems like our code only checks the first item in an IdReq. This is indeed a bug worth keeping open
