Reproducibility of results from the paper.

Hello Team,

I have not been able to reproduce any of the results from the pops nature genetics paper. Can anyone from the team help me with this please?

I am mainly trying to run pops in loco fashion along with pop features followed by benchmarker method to compute the normalized tau score. I am mainly trying using the Rheumatoid Arthritis GWAS for now.

I can share more information as needed.

I'm not a member of the team but am interested in your conclusions. Could you provide some additional details of your failure to replicate the results or ideally provide a reproducible analysis repository that supports your assertions that the paper results are not robust?

Hello Chris,

Let me make it clear, I am not accusing the authors that their results are not reproducible. I just mean that their results are not reproducible in my hands, most likely because I am doing a step wrong and would like their help to resolve this issue.

Never the less I will provide here a link to a zip file with all files necessary to check what I am claiming. There are many moving pieces to this so please give me a day or two to provide the link.
