How to download the full set of feature files used to generate the results ？

I'd like to request access to the full set of feature files that were used to generate the results regarding the more pathway analysis.

Could you please let me know how I can download these files, or provide a direct link?

Hi Jack,

I remember searching for these files a while back myself, so I know they can be tricky to track down. A link to the feature set is now included in the README. However, to my knowledge, PoPS also requires running MAGMA with the corresponding gene annotation file, magma_0kb.genes.annot. You can download it (along with the other required files) from this Dropbox folder:

From there, navigate to:
