Add -end feature

Is it possible to add -end feature? Like

This is done using the -range bit range dimension. start -> (start + 2^range)

e.g. -range 51

This would be a nice feature too. the -range option is a little confusing.

For now, I prefer to keep using range. This is because I prefer to keep the size of the range to be scanned as a power of 2, for practical and efficiency reasons.

In case it's not clear: end = start + 2^range

Anyway, if someone wants to modify the code, it's not difficult to add an "end" parameter. You just need to do some debugging to make sure that no keys are skipped at the end of each thread. By keeping the range as a power of 2, we can be sure that the GPU scans exactly the required number of keys, not too many, not too few.
