Develop protocol to get Server IP when joining the network.

When the MCU joins the network it should receive the Servers ip.
Possibly over the Broadcast channel.

I dont know how to set up a listner on th broadcast channel with java.
An alternative would be to set the hostname on the linux machine to mylights
