feat: Implement Virtual Card Display and Swiping Feature on HomePage

Description:
As an effort to improve the user experience, we want to implement a virtual card display feature on the HomePage of our app. The feature should allow users to swipe upward or downward to change the virtual card displayed and left or right to change the physical cards added to their account.

Acceptance Criteria:

• The virtual card display feature should be accessible from the HomePage
• Users should be able to swipe upward or downward to change the virtual card displayed
• Users should be able to swipe left or right to change the physical cards added to their account
• The virtual card displayed should have the correct card information and branding
• The virtual card should have the ability to show a valid expiration date and cvv code
• The virtual card should not save any sensitive information
• The virtual card display should have a smooth animation when switching between cards
