i keep getting a "no Licenses" error when i try to install a game...

ive restarted multiple times for both. ive ran both normally and s administrator and i get the same error EVERY time

Is it just for 1 game or for both? Did u turn off antivirus when installing the app? The app installs the OpenSteamTool dlls files into your steam directory when u first run the app. Windows will detect dlls being loaded and will remove it. To fix this pres win + r, type %AppData% and then find the SteamVault folder and delete it. Run the app again as administrator and make sure anti virus is off when doing so. If this doesnt fix it then im not sure what the problem is as i dont get these problems
