Minor improvements to the Italian keyboard

Feature description

Kindly notice that in Italian, in addition to the letters immediately shown by the keyboard, only the following accented letters exist: à, è, é, ì, ò, ù (ie the five vowels can have a grave accent and only the "e" can have also an acute accent). All other accented letters or symbols that can now be accessed by long-pressing some keys should be removed. For instance, "í" and "ç" do not exist in Italian. Moreover, "è" is much more common than "é", so it should be the default letter when long-pressing "e". Glad to provide more details if needed.

Just to confirm, here's the list of non-Italian characters as per your request:

I'm removing all of these from the Italian layout. Gboard has these and more, but I assume they keep the layouts general on purpose.

The second one is the international symbol of the Japanese yen. It is also in the section of the keyboard where there are the euro and sterling symbols. So, yes, you can remove the yen from the list of characters accessible by long-pressing keys.

For your information, in the section of the keyboard with the euro and sterling symbols, I see also ¢ (again), ¿ and ¡. The latter two are used in Spanish, but not in Italian. I leave to you to decide what to do with them. Instead, the symbol of the paragraph § is missing. I have never used it, but for some reason it is in all Italian physical keyboards.

One last thing, to be 100% precise. Also the symbol ç is always present in Italian physical keyboards, but none knows why. The most convincing theory I found is that a century ago the most important Italian producer of typewriters was in Turin, which is close to France, where ç is used. So, if you want to replicate an Italian keyboard, keep it. If you want to use only Italian symbols, remove it.

Sorry, one more thing. At the moment the dollar symbol is more easily accessible than the euro symbol. It takes one extra-click for the dollar and two for the euro. But of course in Italy the euro is used more often than the dollar. So, maybe you should switch the two symbols.

Maybe the best thing would be to replace the ¿ and ¡ symbols with § and ç. This way the Italian version of the Fossify keyboard would have all the symbols that are present on an Italian keyboard, even if some of them are never used (as far as I know).

In the current implementation, the same symbol layout is reused in all languages. Once that is reworked, we can modify it per language and make the euro symbol the default on the first symbols page (see this comment).
