Feature description

Hcesar layout is portuguese optimized layout, like dvorak and turkish F.

Why do you want this feature?

This layout is fast to type, easy to use and most portuguese typewriters have this layout.

You’re right, it’s only merged. So the app didn’t show me the same version number.

Do you use this layout yourself?

I looked into it, and I don't see much demand for it on Android. I found only one app named Alternative IME with 10+ installs, and it was last updated in 2016. I'm hesitant to add layouts that nobody will use, especially since the list is growing (it needs to be reworked for multiple layouts per language).

Yes, I use it with the Keyman app and in Heliboard. The advantage of this layout is that it is standardized, stable, and won’t change. It’s actually better known than the “Nativo” ergonomic layout for Portuguese on Linux.
