Group chats initialized by Fossify Contacts only send message to first group member

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Open group in Fossify Contacts (contacts in question are all saved on the SIM card)
2. "Send SMS to group"
3. In the resulting Message window, type and send a message

Send group messages as MMS is turned off. I actually want the individual chats with each contact.

Expected behavior

A new group chat with the names of the participants + individual chats for each of the participants. The same as when I create a group chat from within the Message app (by adding the receivers manually to a new chat).

Actual behavior

One "group" chat that lists its single participant as ["xxxxx","xxxxx",...,"xxxxx"] (xxxxx being the individual phone numbers) and only sends the message to the first number in the list. If the first person replies, the message will open (or appear in) a normal chat with the person, which doesn't show the original group message.

The participant list appears to be merged into one somehow.

Could you check if this problem can be reproduced when using a different Contacts or a different Messaging app?

• Fossify Contacts -> Google Messages: No problem
• Google Contacts -> Fossify Messages: The above mentioned issue

So it seems to be a problem with Fossify Messages.
