bug: Songs listened to offline on PlexAmp not sent to last.fm after reconnecting

Describe the Bug

I listen to music on my Plex server using the PlexAmp app on my iPhone. I have multi-scrobbler set up and it will scrobble just fine to last.fm if I am connected to wifi/data. However, if I am offline while listening to music then when I reconnect those plays aren't being scrobbled to last.fm. I have checked in Plex and the play history for the music has the play that I did offline, but multi-scrobbler isn't finding these.

I'm not sure if this is a limitation of multi-scrobbler or if something can be done to fix this.
