🎯 Objective

Prepare and configure the app for Google Play Store submission and approval.

📋 Requirements

• Google Play Developer Account ( one-time)
• Play Console setup
• Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
• App icons and feature graphics
• Screenshots for phones and tablets
• Promotional video (optional but recommended)
• Store listing description
• Content rating questionnaire
• Target API level compliance (Android 13+)

🔧 Technical Details

• Generate signed APK/AAB (Android App Bundle)
• Configure app signing key
• Set up Google Play App Signing
• Add required permissions justification
• Implement Data Safety form
• Configure In-App Updates
• Set up Firebase Cloud Messaging (if using push)
• Add ProGuard/R8 obfuscation rules

✅ Acceptance Criteria

• Google Play Developer Account active
• App icon (512x512) and feature graphic (1024x500)
• Screenshots for different screen sizes
• Privacy Policy URL provided
• Terms of Service URL provided
• Store description written (4000 char limit)
• Data Safety form completed
• Content rating obtained
• Target API 34+ (Android 14)
• Closed/Open beta testing completed
• No crashes (crash rate <2%)
• App submitted for review
