Unclear CI error message for cmake-format-check.

In https://github.com/Framework-R-D/phlex/actions/runs/20291868446/job/58277835376?pr=177, cmake-format-check is reported as failing but only reports:

It would be nice if it also shown the issues.

@pcanal, the apparent contradiction is because two checks are being done: one for clang-format, and another for cmake-format. In the PR you refer to, there are no clang-format fixes to apply, which is why the "No automatic fixes were necessary." message appears.

PR #202 adjusts this so that you would have instead seen:

No automatic clang-format fixes were necessary.

and then

Automatic cmake-format fixes pushed (commit 7fd6f3e).
