The focus color option always overrides the color, even if it is disabled in menu
It colides with mods that use custom focus color functions.

Can you provide mod(s) name(s) that use custom focus color function?

Probably any mod that uses Focusnames from LeGo.
In LOA enemies name is in red by default. zUtilities also uses red color to mark enemies, so everything seems to be working as it should, but the functionality of the mod with name coloring simply doesn't work because it's overwritten by the plugin.
Full compatibility with all mods code may not be possible, but certainly with the option to color npc/item signatures etc. disabled, it should not still overwrite the color with white (default).
