💡 RFC: Setting to hide deprecated options in the docs

### Motivation

I want to be able to read the snowpack.config.js docs without seeing deprecated options. From the standpoint of a developer who is new to snowpack, these deprecated options have close to no value.

### Proposed solution

There should be a toggle button to show or hide these deprecated options (both the page and the menu list).
