edge case splitting from first post of discussion

Let's validate that splitting from post 1 in a dicussion does not break our functionality. It should set the first not-split post as OP in this case.

Wow, there are old issues here.

At the moment the extension does not allow to select the first post. Should we allow it ?

Will be nice split a first post to another topic in the future.
Maybe a user create a duplicate of a locked topic so if you can split the first post you can "delete" the duplicate topic and add as post of the other discussion. Will be nice have this.
