Unable to Properly Use Custom Datapack

Describe the bug
A myriad of error messages appear, varying from "Couldn't parse quest pool" to "Invalid Key x:y no economy installed in ...".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install the datapack attached to this issue
2. Grab and accept a new profession
3. Press J to try opening the Quests menu
4. Check the chat output

Expected behavior
Well... the datapack should work, I guess.
