DLC2: Halcyon Shrine not consuming money

Just ShareSuit with it's dependecies; version 2.11.0

Describe the bug
When activating a Halcyon Shrine with moneysharing enabled it won't consume money from the shared pool. It does still charge.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable money sharing
2. Start the Halcyon Shrine
3. Look at the moneypool while standing in range of the shrine.

Expected behavior
Money should be reduced.

Config File
Not required.

From my own testing and stuff, this only happens if use the Money scalar option in the config. Should be fixed either way though
