[FEATURE] Horizontal and vertical workspaces

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I use multiple browser windows open with multiple apps and terminal windows. It get unwieldy and difficult to manage the multiple workspaces needed for all of them. I would often have more then 6 workspace.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to create horizontal workspace, in addition to vertical. In effect creating a grid system where I can have my terminals in row 1, have my browser windows in row 2, etc. As I open more and more terminals I might want to have an extra workspace on the same row so I create one and now there are 2 workspaces in row 1.

Going back to feature description, I would create something like this:
row 1 workspace 1 (2 terminal windows) row 1 workspace 2 (2 additional terminals) (work)
row 2 workspace 1 (2 firefox windows) row 2 workspace 2 (2 firefox windows) (browser work tools)
row 3 workspace 1 (slack and tunderbird, communication tools)
row 4 workspace 1 (spotify, personal apps)

Describe alternatives you've considered
I tried Workspace Matrix extension but it provides a fixed number of workspaces and none of other functionalities of V-Shell.

Thanks for the suggestion. It sounds interesting, but also like a lot of work and potential problems.
