Initial CCF needs pixel clipping for 2DFDR

This is the result of a presumed cosmic ray:

Outlier pixel clipping before continuum determination should resolve this. Only a small number of spectra are affected; unless there are other serious bugs found with these initial determinations then this won't be fixed until the calibration data set goes to WG4.

Just for the record: I don't see anything dramatic in the raw data (assuming I'm looking in the right place). If this is something that can be set off by a normal cosmic ray and there's a straightforward solution, it makes sense to deal with it that way.
