Merge AdamCloud project(s) into BDGGenomics organisation on github

Title is quite explicit.

We'll need to choose:

• Choose whether to integrate AdamCloud in the Adam repo or use a separate repo?
• Use trusted builds or not

Also, we'll need to update all docker containers to the latest versions of Snap / Adam / Avocado.
