Unable to open the omicon ontology

I am trying to find some examples of unique identifier of the omics-enabled observatory as indicated in the NIH metadata
but the ontology is empty (http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/omicon.owl).
I looked in the OLS as advised but linked in dead
Please look in the hierarchy in a browser such as OLS
