Calculate molecular weight of carbs and glycoproteins

Tobias has this done. Will add it to the REMARK section of the output pdb files. While he is adding stuff to the REMARKS section he's going to add the GLYCAM-condensed sequence and IUPAC.

He will also add IUPAC and MW to the gems response.
