Gp builder tool giving error when file is not .pdb

If you rename your file to e.g. 8QQJ.pdb.1 you get this error on the options page:
Failed to save GP upload form data: Failed to create Gp_User_Project: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'
Would be much nicer we told them that the file wasn't named correctly.
