Download all the manual curation history from Apollo?

Hello, Apollo team,
Can we download all the manual curation history via Apollo API? I used the History Sevices, but it does not work. My script is

Do you have any idea how to achieve my purpose? Thank you for your help!

I think it requires admin account to do this, so your request there is on a non-admin account and returns status 401. That may be on the right track though!
