I get this error when i try to loaf a gff3 file:

Cannot get property 'sequence' on null object

I`m using WebApollo 2.7.0 and other organisms worked like a charm.

which dataset are you using? By long tradition that is the case if the fasta and GFF3 don't have their sequence_ids in sync
