[BUG] Have the URL automatically resolve if the user is logged in

## Context

- There is a bug that exists where if the callback part of the URL is present (for logging in), BUT the user is already logged in (I think there's a race condition or smth for this to happen), then the log in modal persists and the user can't get rid of it and it is overlayed on everything.
