English or German issues?

We discussed that. As OpenSource is an important aspect of Github, we decided that commit messages and issues of the actual projects should be in english. For the Orga stuff, someone started in german and we still don't have a decision there :/
If I missed something, the others may correct me here ;)

Since our Orga-stuff isn't relevant to the public I think we can just handle that in German.
