Support searching lineages using aliases

It would be nice to allow users to enter aliases when searching for a lineage. In case of SARS-CoV-2, this may mean that it is possible to search for B.1.1.7.1.

I think this should be possible. There were a few aliases that didn't show, but with this PR that was fixed: #1024

I was pretty sure that this was fixed, but can't find B.1.1.7.1 now. But I think, maybe that's because in the meantime the data source changed? We're now using open data, not GISAID data anymore. Can you provide a new example?
