Be able to set seperate different decimation, convexify, decimate_aggressiveness etc. option for each link.
Motivation
I have been trying out different custom 3d models. I could try to manually create simplified 3d collision models for this, but it seems like a lost chance to not use internal options. I want to simplify the rest of the body (convexify and decimate as much as needed) except for the fingers (not convexify and keep the decimation aggressive as low as possible) of the manipulator as they are the most crucial. Thanks!

No need to use external tools to decimate model
Fast iteration for testing different model purpose
Be able to work with poorly made urdf files
