main scripts workspace

- setup ${HOME}/endorse_space as default workspace dir
- read workspace dir from ENDORSE_WORKSPACE env variable
Purpose:
- simpler reference to simulation/project subdirs
- suppose shared dir, store singularity images there
- place redis DB there

Workdir is specified by:
- actual directory
- project name (relative to the workspace)
- absolute path
