Check for RAM + CPU #6

We should check for a minimum of 4 CPU cores and 8 GM of RAM (or something like that).

Because sometimes you're handed a server, and forget to check, and then realize it's got 1 CPU core and 1 GB of RAM after you've installed PE 👎
