Memory leak while using terminal #53

Description

Area

Terminal

Reproduction steps

just running simple claude-code sessions for a few hours used 39Gb of memory when my mac has only 16Gb. I thought the app installed some RAM 😂 but no other heavy apps were open and it repeatedly kept occurring and I had no logs to give to you! Just using terminal long enough on Tahoe triggers it!

I am not a technical person to unfortunately assist more than this. This is all I have! macos force quit dialog which does not go away until you force quit the RAM overloading apps.
