docs: surface 'Automation trio' in README TOC + fix U+FFFD in heading

The KO README's table of contents (which GitHub also renders as the
sidebar TOC) was missing the '🤖 자동화 3종 — 한눈 카탈로그' entry, so
GitHub's right-rail TOC didn't show it even though the section
existed in the body. Added it (KO + EN).

Also fixed a stray U+FFFD that had crept into the '## 목차' heading
(rendered as a hollow square in browsers).
