Pool Members should be able to join pools and claim their rewards

Motivation

At the moment members can only be easiest added manually.
once someone is a member, there is no easy way to claim their rewards.

Details

• If a pool is open for anyone to join, a join pool button should be available on the collective page
• If someone is a member of a pool, a claim-reward button should be available on the collective page.
• The claim button should indicate how much reward a member is eligible too
• Transaction confirmation and flow should follow same structure as is used in similar confirm-transaction flows (See how BaseModal.tsx is used in other places)
• If someone already has a claimed for the current cycle (depended on the pool settings) a timer should replace the claim-button when a member can claim again
