Refetch transcription when transcription check is cleared

Right now, we capture the transcription when it is validated, but a transcription check can then be generated afterwards for updates to that transcription.

If a transcription check is created for a given transcription and then put into state RESOLVED, the transcription on file should be updated. If the transcription cannot be viewed, we should keep what we already have.
