When reconstructing flair from scratch, add check for beta tester

Consider this edge case scenario:

• beta tester user submits done comment
• it is either unavailable or deleted between the time that the message is received by ToR and when the comment is loaded to get the flair

Blossom should check to see if the user has any transcriptions that are dated from before the beta test end: June 4th, 2021. If so, we should manually append - Beta Tester to the end of the flair when we send it back to ToR for submitting to Reddit.
