Initial wallet connect screen does not show up unless MetaMask is already installed

Regardless if a wallet is installed already or not, the connect screen should display the options and then alert the user if it can't detect the wallet. Issue was moved from GraphLinq/GraphLinq.Mobile#3 to here.
