KEGG.db required but depreciated

Hi there,

Trying to run this package, however, KEGG.db is required, which is apparently depreciated and won't install. 

"Warning message:
package ‘KEGG.db’ is not available for Bioconductor version '3.16'"

Can you sort a work around of some kind?
