React is 2 major versions behind [blocked by @certego/certego-ui]

We are currently using React 17 which is out of support since 29th of March 2022. If I understand this correctly, we can't update to a more recent version, because certego-ui still depends on react 17.0.2.

It is blocked by an issue in a different repo, that we do not have control over. See certego/certego-ui#90

I think we should definitively fork that repo and keep one version inside our organization to update the React version.
Then, in the future, we can evaluate a full rewrite of the interface without using that repo
