Removial of ender tanks

GTCEu's own ender tank solution is now implemented, so the stand-alone ender tanks should be deprecated and then removed

I'm not fully sure how we should proceed, however this makes most sense to me:

• In the next update (probably 1.14.1):
  • remove from JEI
  • remove the crafting recipe
  • add a recipe to turn them into GT's ender fluid cover
  • update the quest Ender Fluid Linking
  • add a tooltip to them saying they are deprecated
  • in the update announcement state that they are deprecated and will be removed in the future
• In the next major update (1.15.0) we fully remove them
