Install Vim lints with a 'Full' installation

Linters specified in the syntastic configuration won't work out-of-the-box (for the most part), they need to be installed before use. Could do this with the full installation.

Using Emacs more n' more lately, so this might not still be relevant.

Might be better to work on producing a minimal Vim config w/o plugins - this is more likely to be useful if Emacs is to become the 95% editor.
