Add an endpoint for mouse-over text #28

Suggestion from Paul S. on twitter.
Would map certain keywords (common shortname) + names to cards. Would be very useful for browser addons and for chat bots. Probably try to return the artwork more than anything else. Might require a new mediaType but will certainly require some sort of list of keywords.
The question remain, what to make of that list? Where would I get those keywords? I'm not well-versed in the game so I simply have no clue. Is there a list already out there?
