Missing test data

Hi,

Seems the test files mdf3.dat and mdf4.mf4 are not included in the repo, which fails the tests.

Looking around for Rust asammdf reader(s) I was surprised to find only two
(and this one is not even published as a crate even if it is the more complete one)

These test files are only for my local testing, they are real measurements and I can't publish them without my company's permission. Maybe I should build some virtual data for testing.

yep, rustlang is not used much in the automotive industry. I created these crates just out of interest. This crate has many features that are not implemented (such as writer and better API), the implementation is clunky and not of a quality that can be pushed to crates.io (writing this crate took only a week). I'm also not using this crate in my existing pipeline, if I had more time, I might rewrite it!
