Storybook Component: Modal alert window for List Batches Page

When I click on a Batch on the List Batches Page, I should or be redirected to the Dashboard of that Batch or I get a Alert if the batch is not on production

Please create a Storbybook component for the Modal Alert window below:

The implementation has to show the:

• Batch ID
• Seeding Date

This Alert modal window should then be used on the page developed for this issue #189
