can't connect to bulbs using Sengled UDP (Home Assistant custom component)

i have HA, and i successfully added sengled upd inegration. but no matter what, i can't adde any of my bulbs.
they are all multicolor W31-N15 [2AGN8-WF863]. is there any specific steps that i need to follow? i tried both discovery, and manual IP.

This indicate that home assistant can't reach the bulbs. Try running the udp integration from another device. Might be a issue related to your network (firewall, router etc.)
