I made a big mistake of using the password option. I have tried all my passwords but cannot log in .

I tried contacting Fujisu Japan but due to language barrier I cannot get any help. I will really appreciate if anyone can help.

There should be a hard reset capability. Check their manual to see if there's one. There's one for DPT.
