[Feature Request] QoL - auto bottle poe from horseback

[Shini Kimura] made the suggestion to automatically bottle big poes while on horseback. Maybe bring up the pop-up that asks if the player wants to bottle the poe. I'm unsure how this could be implemented, but I thought I'd make the request.
