[Cosmetics Bug] Mirror Shield color resets on loading zone

On commit 0210374, Mirror Shield color resets to the default when you change loading zones.

Weird as it happened to me again this weekend when I streamed it on a nightly build. I'll update my nightly and get back to this.

EDIT: The commit used was from 27th February, I used the Debug versions to gen the otrs. I don't know if that would do it? Literally randomizing the color then entering a loading zone resets it and I can reproduce it 100% of the time.

So to clarify - this ONLY seems to affect Randomizer saves - trying it in Debug does not produce the issue BUT starting a randomizer game and giving myself the mirror shield via inventory editor shows that it resets color after changing loading zone. Debug Mode does not have this same error however. This is reproducable all the time to me, and is the same no matter what version I use to gen the o2r files, so maybe a recent nightly update fixed this? I will try the most recent nightly later.

Currently got the cosmetics editor to only randomize on seed generation so I wonder if something to do with Mirror Shield overwrites that? Weird that I'm getting it and you aren't though.

UPDATE: It's a PRESET issue from an old version! Tried it with a fresh install, didn't happen, I see now. I don't know why Mirror Shield in particular was the ONLY one to break.

EDIT: Weird, if I load a preset that doesn't even touch cosmetics, one of them reverts Mirror to default always. Even though it isn't for cosmetics. How very strange.

UPDATE: I FOUND IT! It's disabling "Enable Mods"! If I have it enabled, mirror shield stays randomized, but DISABLING it for some reason reverts Mirror Shield on next load/scene.
